All of your investments, your home mortgage, and even your credit cards can all be accessed on one website. You can  view all of your statements much easier on your computer than you can by getting out your paper statements. This way you know instantly where your money is and what has been charged. I have found that the balancing of your checkbook is also much faster and easier.

Using tools such as account aggregation, stock quotes, rate alerts, and even portfolio management, you can manage all your assets much more effectively. If you have non bank credit cards like Capitol One they too are available with online for account information . I have personally used online banking for banking and all the credit cards mentioned above. I have found them easy fast and convenient.
